The CSA Board of Directors will make the results of the background check available to the individual volunteer, if requested.
Volunteers who believe that their background check results are inaccurate, may work with the sport commissioner to request follow up by the CSA Board of Directors. CSA will further investigate the possibility of inaccurate results for purposes of fairness to the volunteer. However, if further adjudication does not result in the clear resolution of the issue, CSA will base its decision on the best interests and safety of the juveniles participating in CSA-sponsored events. Decisions will be made no later than one week after the request to the CSA Board of Directors.
